Most likely, you arrived at this page because your mail was blocked from my server, and the error message told you to visit this page for more information.

Mail may be blocked from this server by any of several methods, including (but not limited to):

If you believe that your mail shouldn't have been blocked, or you have fixed whatever problem that caused your mail to be blocked in the first place, and you want me to remove your mail server's IP address from my blocking list, you will need to fill out and submit the form below. However, before doing so, please read the following information.

This is not an automated removal process. All information provided here will be verified (to the extent that it pleases me to do so) prior to removal of your mail server's IP address. While I will make every effort to process removal requests in a timely fashion, I make no guarantees that any particular request will ever be processed, nor do I make any guarantees concerning the timeframe required for such processing. Spamming me with removal requests will not speed the process, but it may convince me that you qualify for more permanent listing in my blocking lists.

Inaccurate or abusive requests for removal will result, not only in the more permanent listing of your mail servers, but also in the possible publication of your request. All removal requests received are subject to publication without compensation and without additional notice to you. All requests are logged, including the date, time, and IP address of the requestor.

You must provide some information concerning why I should remove your IP address (such as "Previously an open relay, problem fixed" or "Removed trojan which turned my system into an open proxy"). Requests for removal which contain no explanation, or where the explanation provides no information to me as to why you are requesting removal, may be a source of amusement to me but they will not be honored.

NOTE: I have no control over your listing in various DNSBLs. If you are listed in any of the DNSBLs which I use, requesting removal from my blocking list will have no effect. To determine if your mail server is listed in any DNSBLs, visit the Declude list of all known DNS based spam databases (blacklists) and search for the IP address of your mail server. If your server is found in one or more of these lists, you will need to contact the owner of the lists you appear in before you contact me, or you will simply be wasting your time.

Finally, if you request removal from my blocking lists, and your IP address comes up in spam headers again, you will be added back in a more permanent manner. Additional requests for removal will be ignored, and may be published in accordance with the notice above.

All fields are required. Address should include city, state, and zip code (or corresponding elements for requests originating outside the US).
